Driven by our core values of integrity, collaboration, being customer-centred and continuous learning, we strive to advance the knowledge of clinical trials, research and statistical science for public benefit. Alongside other important work, we’ve had major involvement in two major breast cancer studies where the drug trial results changed the standard care and treatments given to patients with breast cancer.

Join the Frontier Science Scotland team and you’ll be a part of an organisation full of experts in their field. But that doesn’t mean we rest on our laurels: we encourage every employee to pursue professional development opportunities in whatever form is most meaningful for them. This could look like part-time studying alongside work, presenting at conferences or contributing to academic journals.

While many of our employees work remotely all or some of the time, we create opportunities for everyone to get together whenever possible, enjoying informal coffee mornings in our office and meals out together at Christmas and other special occasions. If you’re working in the office, there’s always somebody to go out for a lunchtime walk, run or cold-water dip with – this is when our amazing National Park surroundings come into their own.
