This website collects personal information, which means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We use personal information in the following way:

2.1 Site visitation tracking:

This site uses Google Analytics (GA) for search optimisation purposes and to track user interaction. We consider Google to be a third party processor (see section 7).

GA collects data such as geographical location, IP Address, internet browser, operating system, referral source and length of visit. This data may be used by GA to better understand how users find and utilise the website. None of this data identifies individuals to FSS.

This site uses cookies – small text files sent from a website that are stored on a user’s machine. In general, cookies are used to enhance user experience and retain information such as user preferences, and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like GA. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the Help section of your browser or taking a look at the About Cookies website which offers further guidance.

Our cookies are detailed on our Cookies Policy page.

You must opt-in or give consent for us to share your identifiable information with third parties, who would be bound by a confidentiality agreement. However, the information that you provide about yourself may be shared with FSS employees to the extent necessary to accommodate your request. For example, if you provide your name, telephone and email address and request more information about FSS’s services this information will be shared with appropriate FSS personnel to fulfil your request.

Finally, we would not use your personally identifiable information that you provide us online for purposes other than those you requested without first giving you an opportunity to agree or otherwise limit the use of your data for any unrelated purposes.

3. Data Security

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
